“Papa Pope” Goes In On Confederate Flag

With nationwide sentiment growing against the confederate battle flag, "The Nightly Show With Larry Wilmore" panel tackled the issue recently. "Scandal" star Joe Morton was asked to channel his show character "Papa Pope" and it was mesmerizing.

Now I don't know if that was scripted or not but I found it amazing! No wonder Mr. Morton has an Emmy for his character on "Scandal"! While the new season of "Scandal" returns September 24th, here's a quick reminder of the greatness that is "Papa Pope".
