The sad and unfortunate saga of the deaths of iconic singer Whitney Houston and her daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown came crashing down to shocking end on New Years Day with the death of the man many accused to have been involved in the death of the famed singers daughter.

According to People Magazine, Nick Gordon, the ex-boyfriend of Bobbi Kristina Brown died Wednesday in Florida following a drug overdose. Gordon’s sudden death comes three years after he was found liable in the wrongful death case of Bobbi Kristina Brown who also died of a drug overdose at the age of 22. Gordon, never faced criminal charges but was ordered to pay $36 million to her estate in a civil trial.

According to The Daily Mail, Gordon had suffered a number of heart attacks on New Year’s Day and was rushed to the Intensive Care Unit at Altamonte Springs Hospital, where he eventually died.

While many on social media are calling his death "Karma" for what happened to Bobbi Kristina, others including his family see it as a sad and tragic end to a young life filled with promise and too many young lives lost due to drugs.
