Natural Hair Lovers, The Armed Forces Natural Hair Expo Is Back!

It’s back! This year marks the 10th Armed Forces Natural Hair & Health Expo in Killeen, Texas.

Have you been putting chemicals in your hair most of your life and have made the decision to go natural?

This event is especially for you!

It happens November 7th from 11a-6p at the Killeen Civic and Conference Center.

If you are natural, going natural, or thinking about going natural, this is the place to be for expert advice and demonstrations.

Luvina Sabree is the organizer for the event, and says this expo will educate, inform, and support everyone who has naturally coily, kinky, wavy or curly hair, as well as those transitioning to their natural hair or who are interested in learning about natural hair care and healthy living.

Along with being informed, you'll also be entertained, because every year at the expo there’s a performance!

This year there’s a special performance from Killeen’s own The Voice finalist, Rose Short.

The expo will have workshops, live demonstrations, vendors, local entertainment, and free gift bags to the first 100 attendees.

(Those gift bags are dope, by the way.)

There will be free raffles for full-size hair products and the LARGEST product swap.

In my conversation with Luvina, she even said there will be beard oil products for the fellas (that’s right up my alley!).
