A Pennsylvania man faces multiple charges after police say he attacked his roommate following a debate over whether LeBron James or Michael Jordan is a better basketball player.

22-year-old Daniel Mondelice was arrested in State College, PA around 5:30 a.m. Saturday after police were called to the victim's apartment. Mondelice was charged with felony aggravated assault and a misdemeanor count of making terroristic threats. He was later released on bond and told not to return to the apartment.

But Mondelice's troubles didn't end there. He was arrested a second time around 6:30 p.m. after refusing to leave the apartment of a woman who had offered to let him stay. He left after police were called, but officers soon caught up with him. He was charged with felony criminal trespass and misdemeanor harassment. He's currently in jail on $10,000 bond, with preliminary hearings in his case scheduled for Wednesday.

Police have not said which player Mondelice argued in favor of.
