Here’s Another Open Letter For Central Texans On Being More Concerned About Covid-19 Since No One Gets It Killeen Texas

I can’t stress this enough, if your child is sick, if you are sick, I don’t care if the goldfish in the house is sick, and you don’t take a test, please do not bring your child to school ! I’m saying this not as a journalist, I’m saying this as a concerned parent. The Covid cases are rising and some people are saying, there’s nothing that we can do about it, but in reality there’s a lot that we can do, we can still make sure that we’re wearing our mask, we are staying 6 feet from each other and most importantly if we’re our children or anyone in our household is feeling sick we need to keep those individuals at home!

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH !

I don’t want my child to think that walking around with a mask is normal nor will I let him believe that this is supposed to be our second nature, it’s absolutely insane that some of our children think they were always supposed to wear mask and that’s just not the case. I honestly feel like the school districts are doing as much as they can but, if we don’t  lend a helping hand in making sure we do our part by taking our children to the doctors the moment they have headaches or even feel a little sick then what is the point of the mask?

We have to make better decisions not only for the city, but just as parents Central Texas. I hope everyone stays safe and please take into consideration what I said, if your child is sick, if you feel sick, or if you’ve been around anybody that is sick ,please go get tested!
