Killeen Police believe one man maybe responsible for at least 4 of close to a dozen armed robberies of convenience stores and other businesses over the past month in Bell County.

According to KWTX, Killeen police released surveillance images Wednesday from four of the businesses that were hit between Nov. 8 and Nov. 12. The robberies occurred at Shorty’s convenience store on Terrace Drive, Star Mart and Select Food Mart on Elms Road and a Subway location on Old FM 440 all in Killeen.

In all 4 of the cases, the suspect produced a silver handgun, demanded money and fled.

Since October 13th there have been over a dozen armed robberies in Bell County. Various businesses including a Family Dollar store, a Verizon location in Harker Heights and the First National Bank Of Texas were robbed with some of the robberies occurring within hours of one another. Police did not say if they believe the man is connected to the other 8 robberies.
