Harker Heights Teenager Dies After Morning Run

Heartbreaking story out of Harker Heights as a 19 year old teenager collapsed and later died at a local hospital after a morning run.

According to our news partner KWTX News 10, the teenager was riding in a car with a family member just after 9:30 am Thursday after a morning run when he passed out and the family member called 911 while administering CPR. Efforts to revive the teen were unsuccessful and he was pronounced dead at Seton Medical Center.

Authorities will perform an autopsy and the teen's identity has not been released.
