Elementary School In Killeen Experienced Water Main Break

Cedar Valley Elementary School in Killeen is currently with out water.

According to KWTX, the school experienced a water line break that left the elementary school with out water. In a press release KISD spokeswoman Taina Maya said "“At this time, the campus does not have running water,” “We have sent bottled water to the campus, and we will be bussing students and employees to Liberty Hill Middle School to use the restroom, as needed.”

Students continued educational learning despite the water line break.

The city said repairs were underway and a boil order is in effect.
