Community Service for T.O.

According to TMZ, the former football star completed eight hours of community service at a Goodwill in Los Angeles for failing to pay child support.  He earned less than $5,000 playing for the Seahawks before he was cut in the pre-season back in September, but he's currently unemployed, so he will have to come up with a means to pay his back child support.  Question...what happened to all the money he made?  Could anybody squander that much money?  IJS
