So how does Coffee Badging work? It's simple: A worker walks into their workplace, and spends a short amount of time around the building, simply checking in with their badge. After making the rounds, they leave the building and finish the rest of their work at their residence. This way, a person gets their work finished and shows they appeared at their place of business.

Per Yahoo, there is certain group of people that will do coffee badging. It is none other than millennials that coffee badge the most. Older workers, including Gen Z, are least likely to do so. So what it the overall data for this phenomenon?

Yahoo reports that 58% of workers considered hybrid have coffee badged. Plus, when looking into it further, men were revealed to more higher in probability to coffee badge than women.
