Check Out Killeen's New High School

We get our first look at what the brand new $140 million dollar Killeen High school will look like.

As reported by Killeen Daily Herald's Matt Payne, High School #6 be the largest in Killeen‘s history at 450,000 square feet, and will be located at the corner of Chaparral and Featherline Road in Killeen.

Earlier this week the Killeen Independent School District released this picture of the new voter-approved campus.

Ground will be broken in November of 2019, according to a KISD representative. KDH News reports the new school is expected to be complete and ready to hold classes by fall of 2022.

That's not all KISD is working on. There's also a new middle school in the works.

Middle School #14 will be located on Warrior's Path. The district released the images below. One is a drone capture showing the site prep. Two renderings of what the school is expected to look like were included as well.
