Balloons Could Soon Be Showing Up in Texas as Steven King Reboot Hits Theaters

If you are a fan of "It" by Stephen King it's probably because you read the book and not because you saw the awful mini-series from 1990.

Well, it's 2017 and the movie is being remade. Fans of Pennywise have begun tying red balloons to sewer grates as kind of a pre movie prank/promotion. It's only a matter of time before this happens at a sewer grate near you. Now you know!

The stunt is making its rounds on the internet because it really did spook the small town police department who quickly got on social media and asked that whoever was doing it to stop. Nearly 4000 people shared the message below online.
