How Did Austin Get This French Goodness In The City?

I am not going to lie when I first heard about the establishment, they had me completely sold with the imported cheese and wine because that combination is just as perfect as a classic PB&J or anything else that naturally goes hand in hand. The café’s co-founder, Julien Busicchio, previously served in the French infantry and trained both before and after his time in the military, according to a press release. Julien later returned to Paris to continue his culinary training, and during that time he discovered his grandmother’s recipe book, which inspired him to follow his own path in the culinary arts.

Paris Has Made It To The City Of Austin

Alice Poulain Café is also connected to Sébastien Ménard and Bocchini, helping bring authentic French flavors and inspiration to Austin. Austin is known for keeping things weird, but when the city steps outside of its comfort zone of amazing street tacos and nonstop fun to embrace something new like this, I think every Texan should give it a try. The café sounds like the perfect place for anyone looking to enjoy authentic French-inspired food, relaxing vibes, and a unique culinary experience right in the heart of Texas.
