According to NBC News, Don Van Williams will find yourself going to jail for kicking the cat as if it were a football into a football goal. If it wasn’t enough to just be so evil with harming the innocent animal but to make matters worse, Donald Van Williams decided to record and share the incident on social media. Don Van Williams had no choice but to plead guilty in October to animal-crushing and aiding and abetting in the incident that took place on October 15, 2021.

What breaks my heart about this crime is of course this animal is completely innocent, in the matter of being brutally abused, but to make matters worse, the cat was foaming at the mouth and cultivating because it had also been poisoned. The prosecutor stated, that instead of helping and aiding the animal Williams thought the best decision at that moment would be to kick the poisoned cat like a football into the air up to 15 to 20 feet. Decorius Mire an alleged friend who encouraged Williams to kick the cat, is who posted the actual video and was sentenced last year to 18 months in prison.
