Meet  8-year- old Superstar  Killeen Jameson Black

Jameson is an optimistic, energetic child who attends Fowler Elementary in the Killeen Independent School District. He enjoys playing Roblox, Fortnite, and most importantly, soccer. In the world we live in now, a child can actually build a career from one of their favorite hobbies, and for Jameson, that possibility might be closer than ever—especially now that he has been chosen by Marlex International Sports Agency.

What Is Marlex International Sports Agency?

Marlex is a sports development company that primarily focuses on youth soccer players. Although it’s based in Orlando, Florida, the agency offers elite programs in various countries such as Costa Rica , Rome, and Spain. And now, one of our very own—Jameson Black—is possibly headed to Barcelona Spain in and playing in Andorra .

You might be thinking this is simply an exciting opportunity for a young boy, but at the end of the day, it’s far more than just a fun game of soccer. This program is designed to provide players with high-level training, international competition, and direct exposure to professional scouts and environments. And at such a young age, Jameson has already been selected.

This will be an ongoing story as we witness—right here from the United States—one of our own take on Barcelona Spain . For an eight-year-old child to travel overseas to a country he’s never visited, to compete, perform, and gain exposure is not only overwhelming, it’s incredibly impressive.

When I spoke to his parents, they stated, “We’re excited and incredibly proud of Jameson. He works so hard for such a little person and has big dreams. We just want to help him make those dreams come true.”

Jameson said he is very excited to play soccer in Spain and can’t wait to meet the other kids and play against some of the best young players from around the world!
