Right in between Abilene and San Angelo and west of Gatesville sits the now damaged town of Ballinger, Texas.

People are beginning to notice a line of storms moving across the country. They're noticing now because it's beginning to hit bigger towns, but a few days ago these storms started in West Texas and changed the lives of many people.

Runnels County Register reports that the twister landed around 7:20 a.m. Saturday morning. It leveled several old farmhouses and damaged the country club, uprooting trees. The same storm created winds up around 100 mph that also did damage.

The local baseball and football fields were severely damaged, with people using the word "catastrophic" when describing what happened to them.

The damage looks devastating, but miraculously no one was killed or injured.
