Tillie Marie's Celebrates 3 Years of Great Food in Harker Heights

There is a rule in the restaurant business: if you are able to run a successful restaurant for at least three years, you can pretty much count on continuing to be successful going forward. We look at it as a three-year curse pretty much, to see what you’re capable of and if you can maintain a formula for success. I believe Tillie Marie, owner of Tillie Marie's in Harker Heights, Texas, overcame the curse, and she continues to be a Central Texas gift when it comes to giving good food to Central Texas.

A Familiar Face

If you remember in early October, Tillie Maries was included on my list of best female chefs and caterers of Killeen. She really is one of the best cooks and restauranteurs here in Central Texas, and the proof is in the wonderful food she serves.

It's All About the Food

We discussed how when tasting her food, you can taste authentic flavors. Tillie Marie definitely has the hands of a woman with an old soul, and you can taste the love and experience in every bite of her food, like something you would only find with an ancestor.
