This Central Texas Tattoo Shop Is Now Open

A tattoo shop in Waco is exercising their right to open their business despite Governor Abbott's current executive order.

According to a report from our news partners at KWTX, Infamous Ink Tattoos in Waco will be re-opening May 8. The shop is asking that you call ahead to book an appointment.

Governor Abott's original executive order included jail time for businesses that opened, but after the recent Shelly Luther ordeal, that jail time has since been removed.

I'm down for Infamous Tattoos re-opening. If salons and other stores can open and there's no longer a jail penalty, then why not? I mean Shelly Luther got to do it, so let's all just follow suit.
