The Best Damn Thing I Ate In Central Texas: Vercher’s French Quarters Restaurant

If you missed our First Friday Black Business Cash Mob Meet-Up this weekend, you missed out on some good food and some great conversation at one of Killeen's newest restaurants Vercher's French Quarters: A Taste Of Louisiana.

Their menu includes some of your cajun favorites including gumbo and po-boys and some unique twists on some other Louisiana favorites including one of my new favorite dishes "Boudin Rolls" which look like egg rolls but are stuffed with boudin and pepperjack cheese.
