Texas Teacher Allegedly Drugged Student With Toxin Stickers
According to KHOU 11, parents in Texas are outraged after discovering that teachers were allegedly using sleep aids on their children at school. Kids have reported to their parents that they received "sleepy stickers" to help them doze off during nap time.

HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN IN OUR TEXAS SCHOOL DISTRICT?
An email from the principal of Northgate Crossing Elementary School, released on Tuesday, revealed that two staff members were placed on leave after reportedly administering sleeping supplements to students. This situation is not only frightening but also incredibly risky. It's hard to understand how anyone could do something like this to young children without parental consent. Four-year-old Layne Luviano mentioned that the stickers always make him fall asleep. The four-year-old was smart enough to realize that this was inappropriate and discreetly took a drug-induced sticker to show his parents.
HOW DID TEXAS PARENTS DISCOVER THE DRUG-INDUCED STICKERS?
Upon seeing it, Layne Luviano's mother grew suspicious and began researching the product. She discovered that these sleep patches, available on Amazon, are meant for adults and contain melatonin and other substances. This is both dangerous and irresponsible. The idea that educators in the district might resort to drugging children to keep them quiet during nap time is concerning. While the staff members are currently on leave, it appears that charges may soon follow.
