Temple, Texas Man In Jail For Alleged Attempts To Start Fires
A 31 year old individual in Central Texas has been taken into custody following his actions in Temple, Texas. Here's what is known at the time of writing.
Jose Elogio Juarez Granados And His Alleged Crimes And Actions Towards Police
According to FOX 44, law enforcement in Temple were alerted to disturbance in the 1200 block of Canyon Creek Drive. FOX 44 revealed that while the call was categorized as a welfare concern notice. Further details stated that the reason for police to be summoned was due to the person trying set item aflame, which included himself.
When police arrived on scene, they made attempts to communicate with Jose Elogio Juarez Granados. However, Granados was not cooperating, even attempting to leap at the officers when they tried to get closer. Law enforcement also noticed he was hiding items in his hands from the officers, which made them worry.
Thankfully, officers were able to bring Granados into custody.
Items Found On Granados, Problems Continue While Jailed
Officers finally were able to arrest Granados, where after he was searched, they discovered not only drug paraphernalia, but a lighter as well. But even while arrested, Granados still was not cooperating. Due to to this, he was constrained to avoid further harm to others and to himself.
While in the Bell County Jail, It was also revealed Granados caused conflict with the jailers. Granados faces multiple charges, one of which is an immigration violation.
