GOLF FANS: Some Of The World's Best Players Are Coming To Texas And Volunteers Are Needed.

With lots of folks struggling during this pandemic, instead of waiting for help, our community unites to help out our neighbors.

Storms that are closing in on the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast have put the local American Cross into action to help out.

As you know, we have a lot of VFW Posts in our area including VFW Post 9191 in Killeen and if you don't know by now, we've always supported the great work 9191 is doing in our community for our vets. Now they are asking for YOUR help!

The annual Wreath Project which pays honor to our servicemen and women no longer with us is coming to an end for this holiday season and volunteers are needed.

MyKiss1031's Kiss Community Connections with Phyllis Jones will be participating in Make A Difference Day by helping the Bell County Child Welfare Board's Rainbow Room.

The Killeen Police Department's Homeless Outreach Team, Kiss Community Connections along with several other community organizations and businesses are teaming up to help the homeless and families in need this weekend.

Last year, over 1,000 volunteers picked up 18,380 pounds of trash during the Texas Trash Off. This year they're looking to do more!
