Sam's Club has launched a new pizza delivery service, and is now warning customers they may need to wait up to three hours for food to arrive to their homes.

Some shoppers are not happy the chain is reportedly doing away with traditional checkout lanes.

Sam's Club recently announced their decision to stop issuing plastic membership cards when people renew their memberships, opting instead to have members use a digital membership card via their app.

Sam's Club no longer wants you to pull that membership card out of your wallet every time you walk in the front door.
