I don't know what's been up with comedian Katt Williams lately but its starting to get a little out of hand. Katt has been involved in several incidents over the last month including dissing and challenging Kevin Hart, getting arrested in Georgia for punching a pool store clerk, and now he's caught on video punching someone a Philly concert then the subsequent beat down that follows...

A couple days ago, Katt Williams during a tour stop in Atlanta, had some choice words about fellow comedian Kevin Hart and he let them be known in front of his audience in the video below. He calls Hart a "puppet" and claims that he is the one "Richard Pryor passed his torch to" and wraps up his rant by announcing that he plans on running for President...
