This begs the questions: Why would they want to invest the time and money to do such a thing. And HOW exactly do they plan to do it?

The protesters were given permission from Dallas city leaders on Monday, to paint the large "BLACK LIVES MATTER" lettering in front of Dallas City Hall. It is being painted in washable paint.
