In an announcement made Friday, the Belton Chamber of Commerce said the traditional parade will be virtual, but other July 4 celebrations will continue.
The suspect reportedly told police he's responsible for firing at a family's car, igniting their fireworks and causing a father and two toddlers' severe burns.
