Taco Bell Brings Nacho Fries Back from the Dead
2020 has taken so much but it also has giveth. Taco Bell is bringing back it's beloved Nacho Fries. Yes, that's right, those delicious fries that seemed like they were gone in the blink of an eye are making a return! If you haven't tried them- don't disregard them, at 2 A.M. they are delicious! Taco Bell announced the return of the treat on Twitter with a hilarious, yet very intriguing horror movie trailer titled "The Craving"
Along with the fries, the company is adding the $1 Loaded Nacho Taco, Taco and Burrito Cravings Pack and Bacon Club Chalupa to the menu.
While many, myself included, are excited for the return of the tasty treat, some are still heartbroken over the fact that the Mexican Pizza was taken off the menu back in November- so this could be a way for Taco Bell to make up for that.
Many took to Twitter to express their excitement but also, make some new demands:
To recap, back in August, Taco Bell removed a bunch of other items- which included a lot of their potato menu items. At the time, Taco Bell's reason for the changes in menu was due to, of course, the pandemic. It was an effort to simplify their menu amid the on going pandemic. But Taco Bell does say that their menu is entirely customizable- so you can always order to your liking.
Nacho Fries are only back for a limited time, though. But, with the history of the menu item, it wouldn't be a surprise if they make a return later in the future- so lovers of the fries shouldn't fret. I, however, would appreciate it more if they brought back the shredded chicken quesadilla melt!
