Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been all over Texas and I’ve been to towns that only have one grocery store, one church, or even one high school, but  Los Ybanez, Texas most definitely takes the cake as the tiniest city here. You can find this tiny city in Dawson County where it is said that the population is only 19 making it the smallest and tiniest city or town in Texas.
