Sam Houston Landmarks Targeted by Texas Antifa

A Texas group has started a campaign to remove every statue that bears the name Sam Houston.

Louisiana is going through it, and soon, Texas might be as well. The removal of historic statues.

Click 2 Houston is reporting that a group that calls it self Texas Antifa has started a campaign to take down any landmark that bears the name Sam Houston. That includes the Sam Houston statue in Hermann Park. A statue that's been around for at least a 100 years.

Texas Antifa posted on Facebook Thursday saying "Texans agree the disgusting idols of America's dark days of slavery must be removed to bring internal peace to our country."
