The Salado teen who was killed in connection with a robbery involving Ember Henry has been identified and confirmed by 25 News KXXV. Justin R. Simmons confirmed the details, and now two men from Troy have been arrested and placed on federal charges in connection with the armed robbery and death of the Salado teen.

Feds Charge 2 Troy Men in Deadly Armed Robbery
Recently, Donovan Biden and Colton Carter were both charged with conspiracy to interfere with commerce by robbery under the Hobbs Act, according to U.S. Attorney Justin R. Simmons. The Hobbs Act was enacted in 1946 to combat racketeering and gang-related violence. Court documents state that the two men were allegedly involved in the armed robbery that took place earlier in May, which unfortunately led to the death of the Salado victim.
Are There Any Further Details About The Investigations?
At this time, officials have not publicly released additional details regarding the victim’s cause of death. An alleged criminal complaint also stated that investigators found messages and phone records on Carter’s phone during the investigation that suggested he may have helped orchestrate the robbery.
What Departments Are Involved In The Investigation?
The investigation has involved assistance from the Temple Police Department, Milam County Sheriff's Office, and the Mountain Police Department. These agencies are working alongside the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Christopher Blanton is serving as the prosecutor on the case. If convicted, both men could face up to 20 years in federal prison.
