Restaurant Offers Wild Promotion Forbidding Customers From Talking During Meal
This restaurant is the talk of the town.
A restaurant in Brooklyn called Eat has launched a rather unique gimmick in which customers chow down on a $40 prix fixe, four-course meal in total silence.
Nicholas Nauman, who serves as Eat’s head chef, says it’s a way to experience food in a different way:
It's just an opportunity to enjoy food in a way you might not have otherwise. There's such a strong energy in the room."
The ‘hold the talk’ meals are offered a few Sundays a month.
If you do go, please let us know how exactly you’re supposed to send back your food if it’s undercooked.
