Elian Perez Mora was charged with two counts of voyeurism, one of which involved an underage child younger than 14. He was taken and booked at the Limestone County Jail. It was later discovered that Mora was from Honduras and was facing a federal hold for unrelated charges. During the arrest, he refused to provide a local address, and police are continuing the investigation to establish any previous addresses and potential ties to similar offenses.
