It's been a week since demolition crews initially tried to take down an 11-story office building in Dallas, but the tower has finally fallen.

According to CBS Dallas, demolition crews had to take a wrecking ball to the building and then wait one week to bring it down. The building was previously the Affiliated Computer Service tower.

The building was initially imploded, but it didn't back down and remained standing with a slight lean. The core of the building, which contained elevator shafts and stairwells, helped keep the building standing. Now that is Texas tough right there. Obviously the building had no intention on going anywhere.

The building was quickly dubbed the leaning tower of Dallas, and became a local tourist attraction. Many people took photos with the building from blocks away to recreate photos similar to the leaning tower of Pisa.

Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end and the leaning tower of Dallas has finally fallen. Rest well, dear building.
