Kohl's announced today that they're getting in bed with Amazon. I'm sure the sex is great but it'll be really great for us as we'll now have a "real" store to take purchases back to.

The returns will begin in July. The two stores worked together before back in 2017 when they ran this as a pilot program in the Los Angeles, Chicago, and Milwaukee markets. It seemed to work well, so now they'll be rolling out across the country at more than 1,150 locations in 48 states.

It seems that Kohl's will accept eligible Amazon items, without a box or lable, and return them for customers for free. As well as providing additional service and convenience to Amazon customers.

Michelle Gass, Kohl’s chief executive officer says..."We are thrilled to bring Amazon Returns at Kohl’s to all of our stores across the country. Amazon and Kohl’s have a shared passion in providing outstanding customer service, and this unique partnership combines Kohl’s strong nationwide store footprint and omnichannel capabilities with Amazon’s reach and customer loyalty. This new service is another example of how Kohl’s is delivering innovation to drive traffic to our stores and bring more relevance to our customers."

In case you missed it last month, but Kohl’s also announced that it will expand its product relationship with Amazon by carrying Amazon products in more than 200 stores.
