Since the start of the pandemic, drive-in movies have been making a huge comeback in America. Now the nation's largest retailer is getting in on the trend by opening up their parking lots to provide families with some entertainment.

WalMart has released its schedule for "The Walmart Drive-In", a pop-up event that will visit 160 Walmart Supercenters across the country to showcase family friendly movies in the parking lot of their locations.

Tickets are free but must be requested in advance by visiting thewalmartdrivein.com. It's one car per ticket, and you MUST be in a vehicle. Gates will open at 6:00 PM for each showing, and the movie will start at 7:30 PM. Availability will be based on parking, and yes you will still be required to bring and wear a mask.

The lineup of movies will vary by location, but we do know that the drive-in will be making stops to WalMart Supercenters in Killeen and Harker Heights. While we are not sure at this time which locations in particular we do know the dates:

Killeen: September 15 & 16, October 16 and 17

Harker Heights: September 11 & 12.

Don't forget to get registered for tickets first and get complete details HERE.
