The ultimate snack, popcorn, has made its debut at the new gourmet popcorn studio in the city of Killeen, according to the Killeen Daily Herald. PopShon’s Gourmet Popcorn Studio, located at 305 Stan Schlueter Loop, Suite 102, introduced itself to the city on Saturday, and let me just tell you, they had some of the most creative and elevated gourmet popcorn flavors I’ve ever seen.

Here Is Why The Owner Brought PopShon's To The City Of Killeen

Owner and operator Shon Turner released a statement saying, “Killeen has a strong sense of community and culture, and I felt the city deserved something different and fun.” Turner went on to say that he wanted to create a place where residents can come in, try unique flavors of gourmet popcorn, and enjoy great service at the same time.

We’re talking about flavors such as “What Da Dill”, a dill pickle flavor, the Chi-Town Mix, a caramel-and-cheese blend, classic caramel, fire cheese, classic cheese, movie night butter, the Chicago Classic, and my personal favorite, Cookies and Dreams. You can also wash it all down with their very popular lemonades, which come in strawberry and peach flavors. The establishment is open Wednesday through Thursday from noon to 9 p.m., Friday through Saturday from noon to 10 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 8 p.m. Now, I love a good movie popcorn, but gourmet popcorn is always better.
