Killeen Animal Shelter is Full and Needs Your Help

Now is the perfect time to get a new pet.

You've heard of supply and demand, well when it comes to pets in Killeen, the supply is really high right now, so they're damn near giving them away.

To get more pets in need to loving forever homes, the Killeen Animal Shelter is offering up adoptions on all dogs and cats for just $4 dollars. That low fee includes the first set of vaccinations, microchipping and a voucher for sterilization.

If you've been on the fence about getting a pet, time to jump off. The Killeen Animal Shelter is at 3118 Commerce Drive and is open for adoptions Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Animals ready for a new home can also be viewed online at KilleenTexas.gov/Animals.
