Mike Wilson, Executive Director of Aviation at Killeen Regional Airport, stated that CSI Aviation has contracted with several different airlines. “They are basically just using us as a crew base,” Wilson said. “As to what those flights are, who they’re flying, and what their charter missions are — I’d have to direct you to CSI for that. But I can absolutely guarantee that no detainees are coming in or going out of this airport. That has never happened.”
