When it rains it pours. Ja Rule has been the butt of jokes for his halftime show performance at the Milwaukee Bucks versus the Minnesota Timberwolves game on Saturday night (Feb. 23). Now, adding insult to injury, people are accusing the Queens rapper of copying Lil B by threatening to curse the Timberwolves team for clowning his set.

Ja's performance didn't go quite as planned, as he battled through technical issues and a less-than-enthused crowd. The T-Wolves' Twitter account took advantage of the opportunity and got in a joke about the set on social media. Quoting Ja's denial of scamming people out of money in the Fyre Festival debacle they tweeted, "We too were hustled, scammed, bamboozled, hood winked, lead astray!!!"

Ja decided the slight was worth damning the team to failure. "You just jinx yourself talking to the GOD this way... your CURSED NOW!!!" Ja responded on social media. "You won’t win a championship for the next 30 years... AND KAT IS LEAVING!!! Apologize and I’ll lift the CURSE!!! 😘 kiss of death."

It hasn't taken long for people to call out Ja for pulling a Lil B move. The Based God has infamously "cursed" both Kevin Durant and James Harden in the past by using the same tactics.

"The NBA only fears @LILBTHEBASEDGOD when he curses a franchise or player," one person posted.

"He thinks he’s @LILBTHEBASEDGOD 😂," another added.

Lil B has not responded directly but he has retweeted some fan posts accusing Ja of biting his style.
