One El Paso, Texas 4th grader is going viral for showcasing his talent and skills right in front of his whole class, but the most precious part of this viral video is the cheering he gets from his own classmates.

School has been in session for only a few weeks, but 9-year-old Zion is already making a splash with his classmates at Cactus Tails Elementary school.

FitFam Famous:

FitFam El Paso shared the precious video of Zion solving a Rubik’s cube in less than a minute on their instagram page and it has over 12K likes!

Zion and his mommas joined us during Iris & Grizz in the morning and his mom, Alexis Thorton, shared that Zion learned the skill of Rubik’s cube solving from her and now it’s a friendly competition between them two on who can solve the Rubik’s cube faster.

Classroom Talent Time

Zion has shared many of his talents with his classmates and teachers, but he wanted to surprise them with his hidden Rubik’s cube solving talent!

The video was recorded by Zion’s 4th grade teacher and in the video you see Zion so determined to solve the cube in less than a minute.

While he’s solving the puzzle you hear his fellow classmates cheering him on! Some shouting “You got this, bro!” and at one point you even hear a “We love you Zion.”

The classroom begins to get silent when all of a sudden BAM! Zion solves the Rubik’s cube and the whole classroom erupts in cheers and applause!

Kindness in the classroom goes a long way

This video caught my attention so much because it was so refreshing to see a video of students cheering each other on and just having fun in the classroom.

These days, everyone’s timeline is filled with politics, negative school stories, ect. So seeing an occasional positive story pop up is like a breath of fresh air and I hope Zion keeps showing his talent because the world could use that kind of positivity!
