If you are not familiar with The Woodlands, it really does deliver on providing a one with nature experience, but the need to commute into Houston has been pretty much circumvented with the many businesses like Oxy Petroleum, Howard Hughes Holdings, and Lexicon Pharmaceuticals.

According to Niche, The Woodlands get an A+ grade from its residents who enjoy just about every shopping choice imaginable just minutes away. The list goes on and on with quality of life attributes like education, career opportunities, and access to healthcare.

Just north of The Woodlands is the town of Conroe, and it has also seen massive growth over the past 40 years that the two towns have formed a very stable economy surrounded by beautiful scenery.
