What is being reported from the findings of the authorities thus far is especially troubling because it is not really stated whether or not the victim of the now arrested 16 year old male even knew each other prior to the shooting. It is believed the gunman had issue with the victim for looking at him, and from there the confrontation escalated until the young man allegedly shot the girl and took off running.
