From the video, we can hear that the bus driver told the children to roll the windows up after hands were alleged to been put outside of the vehicle. The kids can also be heard stating it's too hot to do so. In addition to the students, parents are also irate about the situation.

Lawyer Representing Parent Of Children States What Conditions Were Like

A parent of two children onboard the bus, Coshenna Smith, has a national civil rights attorney named Harry Daniels speaking for her. According to Daniels:

“People are arrested all the time because they accidentally subjected their children to these conditions while they ran into a gas station...This woman intentionally put these children at risk for more than half an hour during a 103-degree heat advisory and no one has done anything.”

In addition, it was reported the driver had her own fan near her to remain cool. Allegedly, the driver covered three miles in 30 minutes with the students repeatedly asking for AC.

At the time of writing, all evidence is being looked at, as reported by Daniels, and may result in a civil suit against the Sealy Independent School District. As this is developing story, we will have more information when it becomes available.
