Frontier Issues Statement About Pilot's Arrest
With the pilot of the plane arrested by police, customers on the next flight wondered if their flight would leave on time. Frontier revealed to CBS News that next flight sadly did not happen:
"The activity occurred prior to the start of boarding for Flight 3195 scheduled from IAH to Dallas Forth Worth (DFW). A replacement crew member was not immediately available and therefore the flight was canceled."
Due to the flight's unforeseen cancellation, three options were offered to passengers: a credit, a full refund, or the chance to be rebooked on the next available flight to the destination.
