The Hardest Fish to Catch in Texas
The most difficult fish to catch in Texas depends on where you are fishing. If you are on the Texas coast, many anglers say Jack Crevalle are a nightmare fish to catch. This sucker is notorious for breaking gear. If you are freshwater fishing, the Alligator Gar is going to be a major battle. It often takes hours to reel this thing in due to its strength and massive size.
