Marlin's C7’s Food Truck Plaza Debuts November 15th At 2 PM

Delicious food is all around us in here in Central Texas. With a palate for everyone being different, it might be difficult to please everyone when it's eating time. That's why sometimes, having multiple options is the best, like in a food truck plaza for example.

What City In Central Texas Is About To Get A Food Truck Plaza?

Everybody loves seeing a food truck, especially when they are hungry. Even better is when the person in question has many types of food to eat too. But, it feels like the only time one sees a lot of food trucks is at a festival or other type of event.

However, in the city of Marlin, Texas, one person is bringing a food truck plaza for everyone to enjoy. The person's name is none other than Jessie Carrizales. According to KXXV, this took a while to come to fruition:

“We plan to bring three different food trucks, one will be a taco truck, a burger truck and a wing truck. This was a project I started back in July, one day I was at work and I just went for it. It’s been a long process but I’m finally doing the final touches."

When Will The Park Officially Open To Everyone?

Per KXXV, the debut of the park, with the name C7’s, is on November 15th, 2025 at the time of 2 PM. There's even an event about it on Facebook. But for Carrizales, it's more about the community as a whole, rather just opening a plaza:

“I really wanted to bring something different to Marlin. I feel like there has been a lot of negativity brought to Marlin in the last few years so I just wanted to do something positive and bring the community together.”
