Per the US Food And Drug Administration, Perrigo Company plc made the decision to pull the product out of stores. After discussion with the FDA, the company decided to do so. The product in question is revealed to, by the FDA, Premium Infant Formula with Iron Milk-Based Powder.
The main problem with the item in question is the amount of Vitamin D inside it. The FDA revealed that the Vitamin D in the formula is over the level which is allowed. There are different product codes for H-E-B and CVS:
For CVS:

What To Do If You've Purchased The Product In Question
If you have bought the product, you should simply throw it away. In addition, you should reach out to the FDA's MedWatch Adverse Event Reporting, if your child experienced problems after drinking it.
