What Is Alamo Drafthouse And What Do They Offer?
Alamo Drafthouse is a movie theater where patrons can order meals and watch films. It's gained popularity thanks not only the ability for people to watch a movie, but eat and enjoy as well.

But there's a change coming in regards to food and how one orders it.
What Is The Change Coming To Ordering Process For Alamo Drafthouse?
What patrons used to do at Alamo Drafthouse to order food was by writing down what you wanted, and summoning a waiter to take the food order. Then, after the food was made, it was brought to you. But that system will be going away in February.
Per KXAN, technology will now be used to help in the ordering process. Instead of the traditional pen and paper, mobile ordering will take over. Not only will it make things easier for people to order before and in the middle of a film, but the screens will darkened so it won't interrupt other people's viewing experience.
So, it looks like technology is about to help a whole lot more with enjoying a movie in Austin.
