There were 5 people in total who were arrest, and all were charged with Online Solicitation of a Minor for Sexual Conduct, which is a 2nd Degree Felony. The consequences for a 2nd degree felony charge in Texas if convicted could mean a stay in prison of between 2 and 20 years and a fine of no more than $10,000. Obviously, each of these individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
