Question: Why don't all Americans vote? It's your right. If you are eighteen, a citizen, and the resident of a state, you can vote. Blood has been shed for you to have the right to vote.

In Australia, once you turn 18 you have to vote, When you turn 16 you can choose to vote but its not compulsory. It's compulsory for all Australian citizens over 18. Not doing so and you can be fined up to $2000.  Do American's need this law?
